Data Deletion

Content Studio by ArtonLabs (studio.artonlabs.com). Last updated 3 November 2026.

You can remove Content Studio's access to your accounts and ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

1. Remove access

• Instagram: in the Instagram app, Settings, Apps and websites, then remove ArtonLabs Studio.
• Facebook and Threads: Settings, Apps and websites (or Business integrations), then remove the app.
• YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions, then remove Content Studio.
• In the studio itself, a Manager can disconnect an account on the Platforms page.

2. Ask for deletion

Email artonlabs@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request and the account name (for example your Instagram username). We delete, within 30 days, the access tokens and account details the studio keeps for that account, comment drafts and reply history, and the studio account of the person asking, and we confirm by email when it is done.

What is not deleted

Posts that were already published stay on the platform; delete them there. Records the law requires us to keep are kept only for that purpose.
